Okay, in it to win it. I just finished reading a mayo clinic diabetes booklet that said skipping meals and then overeating at the next meal is like the worst thing to do for your blood sugar and for weight loss. So my resolution is to eat more regularly, officially. Ive been moving towards this, and towards eating more veg, but i really have to clean up my act. My dad ate by the clock, but i never saw my mother regularly, unashamedly eat breakfast and lunch until she was like 75 years old, and then frankly i was shocked! And then i was shocked that i was shocked!.
