My first panic attack was 18 yrs ago. I remember it quite well. I was a passenger in the car at a nearby city with my husband driving. Our children was in the back seat. We stopped at an office to pay a bill. Hubby went in while I stayed in the car. Out of the blue it hit me...I could not sit still...I was very panicky....scared to death...heart palps...sweating....
Why I remember I dont know unless it was a traumatic experience for me?
