I weaned myself off of that in one month and still had a bad time with it. If I went cold turkey I'd probably end up in the ER, but everyone is different.
If I was you I'd break that last pill into four pieces so I'd atleast have some of it in my system.
Do you think your pharmacist would give you a couple pills to get you through until monday? (Tomorrow obviously.) Good luck!
