I'm so sorry you're going through such pain. But it is not your fault. You never asked to be hurt, and you deserve to be nurtured and loved.

I know how scary it is to bring up all this stuff that was hidden for so long, but it won't be scary forever. Remembering helps take away their power over you. I do hope that soon you can see that these memories are lying to you when they tell you that you asked for it, or that you are worthless. You deserve to love yourself, but until you can see that, keep talking to us and to your T, and we will give you as much love as we can.
