i talked to my reciver they have no problem with me keeping my account its up to each bank if they keep you on, because of this they have advised me to go to my bank and talk to them to see what they say,

good news is they wont touch the car when we finish paying for it because of using for eldest daughters appointments, also sometimes they asses the money you have comming in to take some towards the crediters, but as our money is made up of benifits which are allready assed for living expenses they wont be taking any money,
this lady i spoke to said that the joint debts will go to hubby but i explained that he to was going bankrupt and she has left a note on file to see if she can do his case as well so she wont have to go other all the same questions again, she was very nice and helpfull

the only thing we have to worry about is the bank i will post more when i know
