Yes, all sorts of things go down the tube... especially when TV commercials show kiddos flushing all manner of things! Maybe the plumbers of society fund those commercials???
Well, I still say the septic tank can handle it if it's taken care of. Once it's in the septic tank, it doesn't really matter what's there...it still fills eventually. The owner needs to keep it maintained. That should come out of his income from the properties, imo.
Hope it's resolved quickly. If not, the Health Department would like to hear from you, I'm sure.
