Have any of you tried one of those online therapy sites like Better Help? I was thinking about it because they offer unlimited therapy instead of sessions. I'm in a crisis mode right now, and I feel like I need to constantly be able to just reach out to someone. My therapist was supposed to check in with me by phone this morning, however I still haven't heard from her. I don't want to try it though and become super dependent on having someone always there. Do you guys think it may be worth a try short term? Just to get through an emotional crisis?
