I haven't tried online therapy, but I have sessions with my t over skype since she is 3 hrs away. Ts get funny if you're seeing more than one. Might be worth it for the short term. You could also try 7 cups of tea (i think that's what it's called). If you are in a crisis you could also text a texting crisis line. The number is 741-741 and text start and they usually get back to you in 15 mins or so. I texted them last night cause I was wigging out and I find them helpful.
Also call your t back, she might have gotten busy or something.
