Hello. I am in high school and my marks have been starting to slip. It may just be because I'm slipping into my typical winter depression, but I have been handing stuff late to teachers, my marks are dropping tremendously because I am so unmotivated to do stuff, very forgetful, don't pay enough attention to things, and feel too overloaded. I really want to do school work. I really do. But I have no motivation to do it. There are so much more things that are considered interesting than work. I love the things I have to do though, but I push it off to the day before or the day of. It's terrible. How have people been able to do work? I am waiting for an assessment to see if I have AD/HD - inattentive and medication may help for that, but in the mean time? What to I do? What has helped you? Thanks for the response .

Social anxiety disorder, GAD, OCD, and panic attacks
