Hello. I also pick my scalp to get rid of white flakes. I pick it until I bleed. What works for me is to buy this special shampoo used to get rid of dandruff and fungus in general from the head. It's a pink liquid. It I'll take a month or so to work but it works great. I don't know the name, but I'll tell you what it is called later. Hope this helps.
