I saw my family today.

I was in the car questioning my anxiety. Why do I need to live with you? Rarely do you benefit me. You make everything much more difficult than it needs to be. You make my stomach twist. You make me try to clear my throat with no result. You make me gag. You make me physically and mentally sick. What purpose do you have other than to make my day to day life harder than it needs to be? I would have done much better without you ever interfering with me.
