Well I had my session today.

I have mild depression and alot of anxiety. She is going to keep me on Remeron, on the same dose through out the weekend and then if it's not working she is going to put me up to the max does which is 60mg for 5 days at the most and then she is switching me to Effexor...

I feel terrible today, had a bad panic attack last night and didn't sleep well now woke up with a migraine.
