The first thing I have to do when I become enraged is to TRY to remove myself from anything and anyone who triggers me. Then if I'm still having trouble calming down, I'll usually find something to do that will physically drain me of all the anger. Like, find an inanimate object to beat the hell out of, or some type of strenuous work, preferably something that needs to be torn down! I'm currently looking to find myself a sand bag that I can hit, kick and punch whenever I need to. ( saves a lot of money on replacing walls and doors and other broken items!
