I've learned to control it a lot better than when I was younger.
I used to break stuff, hit myself or others, and just be generally out of control.
Now I've learned to isolate myself and have a nice little self-pep talk off that ledge.
While I'm not Zen-like, I'm certainly handling my rage a lot better as I age.
Now to conquer sadness. With the pain of my fibromyalgia, comes depression...
