Hi everyone,

I wanted to start this thread as a way of gathering a group of people who are currently working on loosing weight.

I gained a lot of weight due to side affects of a medicine I was taking and am looking to loose about 30 pounds. I was thinking it would be fun to have like minded people on the journey. I plan on riding my bike each day and counting calories through an app on my phone.

How much do you want to loose? How are you hoping to achieve that goal?
