And being kind-of a compulsive individual, I closed not only my PC account, but also my YouTube channel, my Google+ account, & my g-mail site. I had also had an Upload Society channel I had closed previously. Recently I downloaded Windows 10 & it sort-of revived my interest in being on the web. And, in thinking about where I wanted to be, I decided it was here on PC. I don't post my own Threads too often. Mostly I'm here to try to be supportive of other members.
Since returning to PC, one thing I have done is to make a conscious effort to customize my Profile. I also have a Signature picture & statement as you can see below. This was not a straight-forward process for me. Despite my having been on YouTube, Upload Society, etc. I'm not real savvy when it comes to anything related to computers, websites, etc. It has taken a bit of trial-&-error to figure everything out. But the more aspects of my Profile page, Signature, etc. that I customize the more I love being here. IT'S ME! (Or at least the best part of me... the way I'd like to be seen.)
I know that sometimes people's Threads don't get replied to & feelings can get hurt. So far none of the few Threads I've created (since my Introductory Thread) have received a single reply. But that's okay. That's not why I'm here. And, as I wrote above, I LOVE how I "look" here on PC. So, before you decide to pack it in here, if you haven't already done so, customize every part of your profile, your Signature, etc. Make it all your own. And then, along with posting your own Threads, reply to lots of other members' Threads. I think you'll find it much more difficult to contemplate leaving PC...
P.S. When I'm on PC, I frequently listen to music videos that have been uploaded onto YouTube (mostly Buddhist chant.) Anyway, I end up hearing allot of great music that I would never just sit down & listen to... a side benefit of the time I spend here...

Hello there,
I'm extremely not tech savvy. At all. I'm new to PC and forums in general and don't even own a decent laptop ( I type on a mini tablet) I'm also over 50ish so I really have to look very close when typing ). Anyway I hope PC works for me. I need all the support I can get these days. Thanks for the encouragement
