We has so many of us that we don't know who is showing at times. Does that ever happen to you?
It's happen in the past, not being able to figure if it's a mental or physical action, until it dawns on you that an others essence is bleeding through.
It's like "pardon me, but your mood is showing..." then "oooops I'm sorry" then things instantly change...it's a new day.
At times like these I question the bipolar DX all ready to quit taking meds. It does makes me wonder though.

yup happened to me, in me my treatment providers called it the integration process where what was the alters was blending in\joining together with me.
when in doubt what symptoms problems belonged to what disorder that I had I would contact my treatment providers and we would have some sessions discussing and working out the problem.
my suggestion when this happens again contact your treatment providers, they will help you figure things out so that you dont have to do it on your own.
