I don't know if this will help, but sometimes I get anxious at school, or when something triggers me I just take a deep breath and talk to the person next to me for a second. If I can't talk to someone, I just really think about the work Im doing or the topic we are talking about and try to take a deep breath and think about other things. Maybe carrying a stress ball might help.
