If I can't talk to someone, I just really think about the work Im doing or the topic we are talking about and try to take a deep breath and think about other things. Thanks for the advice. When I'm having a panic attack though, I can't concentrate at all, so talking and working is impossible for me. Thanks for trying to help. Breathing doesn't work really also.
