Didn't you have to cancel and turn in the plates? Wouldn't that automatically have cancelled the insurance. I guess I don't understand. Would that mean the present owner is driving around without a license and insurance? Would that also mean you continue to be liable?

It isn't just the government that knows significant information about our lives but big business and corporations to. My Bank is one such corporation that has admitted to tracking the Social Media history of it's clients. Why they would need that I do not know.
