Oh wow, I get the excessive sweating with Effexor, too! I've never heard anyone else mention that. It's the only side effect I experience from Effexor, and after some horrendous experiences with other antidepressents, I figured I could handle it. Definitely an annoyance though... if I want to walk somewhere, I have to dress in layers, cuz I'm cold at first, but as soon as I start walking, I'm sweating buckets & shedding clothing like there's no tomorrow!
