I'm so sorry your experiencing such heavy emotions at such a young age. It must be very hard to make sense of it all & I urge you to go to some form of therapy. Reach out to a teacher you can trust at school? There are people that can help you & you are not alone. The last thing you want is to act on impulse & not be able to take back that action.
