Something another user on here told me is that self care is really helpful with depression - it can be anything that makes you feel taken care of like a hot bath, a cup of hot chocolate, your favorite meal, or even a TV show / Youtude videos that are inspiring. These are just a few ides she gave me. I've been using this strategy for a week of so now and it really helps. I know it takes some effort though so be gentle with yourself. Good luck.
