Are you seeing a psychiatrist? I'm asking because prozac without a mood stabilizer often will cause mania and can make things worse. Usually some kind of mood stabilizer is needed along with any antidepressant and also is just a standard part of drug therapy if you are taking meds. Diazepam will calm you down but it is not a mood stabilizer.
