It's hard because we have so much fatigue. Seroquel helped me a ton at low doses because it improved the quality of my sleep, but I couldn't maintain therapeutic doses because it made me too groggy during the day. Lithium makes me really thirsty and when I retain the tiniest bit of water I start aching. I just make sure I'm not consuming too much sodium. It's tricky! But I use Cymbalta as my antidepressant and it also treats fibro.
