My recruiting agency has a job posting board on their website. One thing I have noticed is that they have continued to post temp to hire openings for the same government contractor company and same position I was at!!!!! I don't think budgeting is an issue at all.
They have posted during my 2nd and 4th week while I still had the job at the company. Which means while I was still there, my recruiting agency and the company were still looking for people to do my job even though the position was already filled in by me!!!!
This also explains why the two new people came in during my 5th week pretty much learning and doing the tasks I was already doing.
Before thanksgiving again the post for the same company and job I had there is posted. Either they have let go one of the two new people from my 5th week there or are looking for replacement after I was let go.
Starting to think budget was not a problem. My guess is that they evaluated my performance based on a SMALL work sample of only 1 MONTH and found me defective. Made mistakes during weeks 2+3. No mistakes in week 4,5,and 6. I was starting to "get it". In my opinion I should have been given a 2nd or 3rd month and be evaluated in a larger period work sample.
So apparently I should not have been making minor errors in per diem rates and then wasting time fixing them during my first few weeks there at all!?!?
For those who are reading, what do you think is going on? The continued postings for the same job and company when I was still there and after I was let go. Possibility of being evaluated based on just 1 month. I honestly don't believe budget was an issue.
