Hello Na11: The best thing to do is probably to see your doctor. The other thing you could try would be to apply some antibacterial ointment to a bandage & cover the injury. My experience has been that, sometimes the ointment will draw the splinter out toward the surface of the skin enough so that you can reach it with tweezers or a needle. But, don't mess around with this too much. It's better to get it taken care of than to keep digging at it yourself.
