Sex, Lies, and Videotape is one of my favorite movies (I always feel weird telling people that, though!) Great characters and dialogue (particularly James Spader and Andie MacDowell).

And for In Treatment, I was particularly caught up in some of the story lines. Seeing Paul in his own therapy sessions was always interesting, too. I'd recommend it. If you're not interested in a particular character, you can always skip their episodes, though most of the ones from the first season in particular are great..
