This sounds a little like Deism, which is the belief in a distant and benevolent diety. This is what I believe: there was a point of creation, and everything has evolved from there.

I do believe in prayer, but not in a worshipful or obedient sort of way. I believe prayer is the harnessing of peoples' feelings targeted toward a cause or emotion.
