I can definitely understand how this would be upsetting to those that Risperdal helps them with depression. It didn't help with my SAD, it does help me with psychosis and hyper sexuality. One of my main BP symptom is hyper sexual which was cool when I was in a relationship. While in that relationship my doc started me on Risperdal for psychosis (BP1). It curved my libido. I was still able to have sex but the craving was no where near as deep as before. I started other meds and decided to go off Risperdal. Then I became single and shyte got real again. I went to my doc and asked to go back on Risperdal so it would reduce my libido.
