I'm sorry that you have the problem with the dark circles....I'm not qualified to really help you, but I wanted to ask you if you've gone to your family doctor or a dermatologist? A dermatologist would probably be able to shed light on the circles. Have you had any medical tests and does anyone else in your family have the same problem?
