Nope not lower, same exact amount. $17 per hour.

During my time 2nd and 4th week there the recruiting agency that got me the job was still posting the same job and company location even though I had filled the job position already. The two new hires most likely applied to those two postings while I was still on the job.

Based on what I was told things were baked up and Project Manager felt we needed more help. The two new hires brought in to help.

Then 5th week I get call my assignment is over. It was suppose to be temp-hire. Recruiter told me I was in good standing my work performance was not an issue. Billing supervisor told me same thing when I asked her.

Before thanksgiving holiday recruiting agency post the same job and company again with $17 per hour.

Billing manager also told me I should try to understand a company’s role and business better so that way I am not trying to “force things to make things work/numbers work/match” and not” over think” too much when preparing spreadsheets. I think she was referring to my 2nd&3rd week struggles. However I had it addressed and fixed.

Perhaps they evaluated me after only 1 month there and the 2+3rd week struggle I had figuring out how they wanted me to do per diem rates was the cause.
