The best advice i have ever reeived to quit smoking is: when you wake up in the morning, wait as long as you can until your first ciggie. Your body already went quite a few hours without nicotine while you slept, so go even longer and you will evenually be weaned off.
Best of luck to you! I will smoke, but i keep it in check, like I‘ll smoke a pack a every month or so, that stuff starts to make me sickly if i overdo it.
