Depression causes many things to happen to someone emotionally, especialy questioning why you are suffering and what is your purpose in life at this time. Perhaps this is something you need to discuss with your therapist so your therapist can help you adjust to your emotional issues that you are having. A Loss can cause a severe loss in purpose and drive in life especially for caregivers, if the person you are or were caring for is a patient or a family member. There may be also support groups that you can attend, or volunteer programs in your area that may help to get you out of the house doing something that you feel is a help to not only you but to someone else as well.
