Hello, I my self suffer from social anxiety disorder. It's a terrible thing to live with. On the other hand their are tips,and tricks to help you feel more stable, while in a panic state. 1. Feel objects around you table, desk, chair, anything that's close touch it. This let's you know that your in a real world, and you are still here. 2. Breathe in, and out slowly. Even if your breathing is shaky providing a steady flow of air to your bloodstream and your brain will be beneficial. Even if you're going to have an attack. 3. Lay down tell your self everything is going to be okay. Tell your self this is not a life or death situation. Actually there's a lot of unique ways to help control your anxiety.
