My t has been practicing for about 18-20 years, and is 12 years older than me. When I first started looking for a t again, all I knew was that it needed to be a woman because of the bad experience I had with that one male t many years ago. I wasn't concerned about their age. As it turns out, I think it's been helpful that current t is older than I am.
