Cool. Depakote is processed in the liver, like alcohol. Depakote usually requires blood tests to make sure you are not experiencing liver toxicity. It is one of the medications where not using alcohol is most important to protect from severe liver damage.
That being said, I drank on Depakote a lot and I am ok, but I am an alcoholic/addict in recovery.
Most doctors agree that more than 4 drinks in a 24 hour period is a binge. Binges are not considered healthy.
