I essentially "broke" lithium when I had a major episode back at the end of September.

From what I learned about how the industry works is whatever you think your diagnosis is today may not be the case tomorrow.

Think of medication dialing or tuning to the right station on a radio.

The signs of episodes just means your still not at the magic combination of meds yet.

I feel that doctors are just feeling around the dark with the diagnosis they maybe end up treating for the wrong thing.

It's best to be proactive in your medication or else you'll get zombified with a huge stack of medication you don't need all just for the sake of the doctor thinking "well I think the combo works now"
