That's such a good incentive! Maybe I will try it.
So far today I had a protein bar and peanut butter nut bites for breakfast, then a peach, turkey and cheese for lunch with a couple potato chips - I know they're not the best choice but I think I slipped up so bad this weekend because I've been so restrictive. I'm going to let my body have a little bit of what it wants instead.
Haven't worked out in 6 days

I'm in a slump and have been busy. Will try to ride my bike this evening.
