How do you tell the difference between akasthesia & a "mixed" episode? Can ADs cause akasthesia?

Dx: Bipolar II, GAD, past substance abuse, temporal lobe epilepsy.
Rx: Lamotrigine 125mg, Sertraline 50mg, Clonazepam 0.5mg prn.
