Yes, as you see above. However, it might not be just the caffeine in the sodas, but the sugars and/or other chemicals. Try (I know this is difficult) drinking cold water instead of tea, coffee, sodas, or even energized water. You should know after a day or two at the most if the stuff you're drinking is affecting you negatively, imo.
