Thanks for all your support everyone. Really means a lot. I went to hospital but there are no beds so I'm playing the waiting game at my parents. I feel so unstable, agitated and low. My doctor is also away till next Monday so I will have a dr I don't know. All a bit overwhelming right now. My guess is I need to be back on Lithium, which I despise but it stabilises me like nothing else.
