I wrote a poem about realizing I had an impact on the world while I was hospitalized, it was actually about realizing that I wasn't alone. I wrote it on the whiteboard in my hospital room, and the psychiatrist thought it was about suicide. I erased it and didn't show anyone else any writing just in case.
