I had to discontinue lamictal abruptly because of a rash. I went directly from 400 mg to 0. I didn't notice any adverse symptoms, but it was several years ago so I don't remember exactly.

Are you in contact with your psychiatrist? Maybe get them to watch you a bit more closely right now to make sure?
