My best friend would definitely be my dog, Pika! Yes, like the Pokemon.

We got her when I was born, she was such a tiny and cute puppy from what I've seen in pictures. Her and I grew up together and she makes me feel safe. Mostly because she barks at anything that moves and I'm a very paranoid person. So when Pika's quiet, that means that no noises are happening and no noises means no threats. She, unfortunately, was born with a skin condition and we've been trying our best to make her as comfortable as possible. She's also an old lil dog, being my age, which is sixteen. She was a dog that chose favorites and apparently I was her favorite, though she loves my little brother a lot, too. Her and I don't do much. We mostly just lay around and sleep. But that's still a great way to pass the time! She truly means the world to me. Pika's truly like a sister to me.
