Hey you probably got nothing on me with holes in doors/walls, I broke my sink, multiple mirrors, you get the hint.... I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for my anger it works most of the time but I'm still in the early stages of it. I personally think every one could benefit from DBT it's not just for one type of people.
