Having a rash is not the same thing as one due to Steven Johnson syndrome. But it is good that your doctor is proactive. I have been on 300 mg of Lamictal. I ran out for several days. I think this helped me feel more depressed. IMO I do not think you will have any problems if you titration off of this medication. But if the rash gets worse, go to the ER.
