Do any of you hold back from your true feelings or problems on this site out of fear the indiividual you will describe might also be on the site?

I myself am dealing with several quandries that I really would like to air and get feedback on but everytime I go to initiate the thread I panic that 'what if' they are on the site, recognise themselves and thereby me.
