I had a lot of trouble going off lamictal and I weaned myself off of it. It's not an experience I'm looking forward to doing again! I was sick the entire time and when I got down really low I was so dizzy I couldn't walk and for three days just laid on the floor with the room spinning. I think I puked a few times too. Everyone is different though. I'm jealous of people who can just quit it cold turkey and be fine.
