My T has been practicing for 2 years. At first I was slightly skeptical of his newness but it hasn't affected our sessions in anyway and honestly has been better than Ts with 30+ years of experience that I have been too because he's so fresh and excited about his job. Plus I like being able to relate to him better since he's closer to my age.
